On an attempt to show Norway to all our participants, we created an exciting experience while traveling and singing concerts of your own repertoire.
The Singing Tour starts right after our choral workshops. We all take a bus from Trondheim to Oppdal (2h approx.), where we will spend the afternoon with activities and will end it with a dinner.
On Thursday, the day after our arrival to Oppdal, we will sing a concert with songs from our own repertoire in the Culture House of the town, invited by our partners from the St. Olav Pilgrims Way.
On Friday, we will take a bus during the morning from Oppdal to Røros (1.5h approx.). Røros is a beautiful town, recently named an UNESCO village, with a very important History around the copper mines discovered around the 17th century. It has been a very important economical centre for the region of Trøndelag during the last two centuries. The Røros Church is the best testimony of such raising, and we will perform our last concert there. After the concert, we will end the festival with a dinner and more music!
